At Aladdin’s Kebab House, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality meals. We stand behind our food, and we want every guest to be satisfied with their order. To keep things fair and consistent, the following policy applies to all dine-in, takeout, delivery, and online orders.

Order Accuracy & Quality

If there is an issue with your order—missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns—please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food. We will verify the problem and provide one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit for the value of the affected item

  • A partial or full refund, if appropriate

We may request a photo of the item or ask you to bring the item back so we can confirm the issue and improve our quality control.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • An item was not prepared correctly

  • An item was missing from the order

  • The order was significantly delayed due to our error

  • Food quality concerns are verified

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Food that has been eaten beyond a reasonable tasting amount

  • Customer preference (e.g., “I changed my mind,” “I didn’t like it”)

  • Items altered or customized against our recommendation

  • Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) — those must be handled directly through the platform

Third-Party Delivery Orders

If your order was placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Slice, all refunds, replacements, and adjustments must go through that platform’s support system. They control the payment and refund process.

We will cooperate with the platform to confirm what was prepared and picked up.

Store Credits

Store credits are issued at our discretion and must be used within 30 days. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Takeout/Phone Orders: Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order.

  • Large or Catering Orders: Require 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover food already prepared.
